The Treatment Process
Your Laser Hair Removal will be performed in Dr. Reichner’s surgery center located in Orange County, CA. We use LightSheer DESIRE technology to remove unwanted hair by focusing a beam of laser energy on hairs that are in the active growth phase. The light gets absorbed by pigments in the hair, damaging the follicle to impair future growth. The laser heat does not cause any damage to your skin.
Multiple hair-reduction treatment sessions will be required to ensure removal of all treated hair. This is because hair is not always in the active growth phase. Hair in other phases of the growth cycle cannot be affected by the treatment.
Laser Hair Removal Aftercare
Our advanced laser hair removal sessions do not involve any downtime or recovery time. You can easily get back to most of your activities without any restrictions. It is best to avoid excessive sun exposure, use of tanning creams, and exfoliation of the treated areas for some time.
